Service

  • Driver Fitting is a one-time digital report based on user-provided launch monitor data and fitting answers.
  • The report is decision-support for equipment selection. It is not physical coaching, medical advice, or a guarantee of on-course performance or purchase outcome.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate data and reviewing the report in the context of your own preferences, testing, and judgement.

Payment and access

  • The current price for Driver Fitting is shown before checkout and payment is processed by Stripe.
  • Paid access is unlocked after verified payment confirmation from Stripe.
  • Before payment, you must actively confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital report and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel does not apply.
  • We aim to maintain continuous online access to your historical reports. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue hosting historical reports after 6 months, and encourage users to save copies locally.

Discontinuation of service

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the online hosting of historical reports at any time.
  • In the event of a permanent closure of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide active users with advance notice by email so they have the opportunity to download and save their reports.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or third-party data you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, payment, entitlement, or security controls.
  • We may restrict access where there is fraud, abuse, security risk, or unlawful use.

Liability

  • The service is provided as a digital fitting aid and may not be error-free or suitable for every launch monitor file.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telum Technology Ltd is not responsible for indirect losses or purchase decisions made using the report.

  • THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED REPORTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELUM TECHNOLOGY LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
